Wherever possible Laura chooses to source her produce from local  suppliers, always mindful of her carbon footprint.

Her menus are inspired by seasonal ingredients and produce readily available from the local markets.

Her packaging, if used are only ever biodegradable or compostable.

Laura loves to work closely with her clients, creating menus to a brief or creating bespoke dishes to suit their unique event.
